From February 2014 to August 2016, I taught as an Adjunct Faculty Member at North Shore Community College.  In this role, I wrote and taught curriculum for classes including but not limited to: “Cooking for Kids” which detailed basic cooking techniques for kindergarten through third graders, “Farm to Table Cooking” for middle and high-school students which educated teenagers about seasonal eating, and “Project Lunchbox and YOU!” which offered elementary-school students the opportunity to learn about how nutrition intersects with health and happiness.

Another aspect of my entrepreneurial pursuit is my Guest Speaker Series.  Please see below for a selection of presented themes, including but not limited to:

Organic vs. Conventionally Grown Produce

Food that’s Fast… but not Fast Food

The Anatomy of a Dorito

Rainbow of Fruits and Veggies

I would be honored to speak at your conference or event, or instruct a nutrition/cooking education course at your school, college, or community gathering!
